I'm pretty sure that Obama is not Chinese... or is he? He was born in Hawaii (see the phot from Wikipedia)... and I know there are lots of chinese people living Hawaii... but I am still pretty confident that he is not Chinese. The Wu Tang Clan, on the other hand, might actually be Chinese. I was watching the Chapelle's Show the other day and I'm pretty sure the Chinese claimed them as Chinese. So, for now, I will say that Obama 不是中国人.
